Important Holiday Closure & Order Cut-off Dates

Dear Valued Customer,

As the holidays approach and 2024 draws to a close, we thought it was timely to advise you of the key dates to note this coming festive season at Riverlea.

Office closure dates:

Riverlea Group will be closed for standard statutory holidays only. We will have reduced staff levels from 23rd December 2024 through 5th January 2025. Full staffing will resume on Monday, 6th January 2025.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that we receive your urgent orders before the following cut-off dates. We will endeavour to have these orders dispatched before Christmas:

Duratuf Garden Sheds

Tuesday 10th December, 5 pm, excluding special/customised sheds

Cedar Sheds

Friday 2nd December, 5 pm, excluding special /customised sheds

Duratuf Lifestyle Sheds

Friday 22nd November, 5 pm

ALL Shed orders placed after the above dates will be dispatched as soon as possible, but they may be scheduled for delivery in January 2025.

NB: It is important to note that the cut-off dates above are an indication of our ability to dispatch your order from our factory and does not by any means guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. Urgent orders received past the cut-off dates will be dispatched if possible and on a best endeavours basis.

Orders received throughout the remainder of December and early January may incur a slightly longer turn-around time than usual due to reduced staff numbers in this period, and in advance, we thank you for your understanding.
