Duratuf sheds are built to last, but like anything worth keeping, they need the right care. This page covers everything you need to know about the Duratuf warranty, including what’s covered and what’s not across each of our product ranges.

At Duratuf, we stand behind the products we make and, with proper care and attention, these products will last you many years. The warranties offered are specific to each shed range.

For your benefit, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

For a warranty to be valid, the recommendations in our Kitset Care Guide and the Assembly Care Instructions in the Assembly Instruction booklet must be followed; and the Minimum Maintenance Requirements given on this page carried out.

All warranties are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Exclusions given below.

Eco garden shed range warranty

Guardian, Garrison, Sentry & SmartStore ranges

  • Duratuf warrants that Guardian, Garrison, Sentry & SmartStore sheds will be free from manufacturing defects for 20 years. This warranty also covers components which are missing or damaged at the time of dispatch from the factory.

  • Duratuf warrants the metal roofing and wall cladding of Guardian, Garrison, Sentry & SmartStore sheds in moderate and inland corrosion zones or areas where the first-year mild steel corrosion rate is less than 200g/m2 per annum, and that in these conditions, they will not perforate due to corrosion within 20 years.

Premium garden shed range warranty

Kiwi & Fortress ranges

  • Duratuf warrants that Kiwi & Fortress sheds will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 years. This warranty also covers components which are missing or damaged at time of dispatch from the factory.

  • Duratuf warrants the metal roofing and wall cladding of Kiwi & Fortress sheds in moderate and inland corrosion zones or areas where the first-year mild steel corrosion rate is less than 200g/m2 per annum, and that in these conditions, they will not perforate due to corrosion within 30 years from date of manufacture.

Standard Non-Coastal Warranty – 30 years if located greater than 2,000m from saltwater, or 15 years if located between 1,000m and 2,000m from saltwater.

With Coastal Upgrade Option – 30 years if located greater than 1,000m from saltwater, or 15 years if located between 250m and 1,000m from saltwater.

Lifestyle shed range warranty

  • Duratuf warrants that Lifestyle sheds will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 years. This warranty also covers components which are missing or damaged at time of despatch from the factory.

  • Duratuf warrants the durability of the structural framing of Lifestyle sheds for 30 years.

  • Duratuf warrants that the metal roofing and wall cladding of Lifestyle sheds will not perforate due to corrosion within the following periods:

Standard Non-Coastal Warranty – 30 years if located greater than 2,000m from saltwater, or 15 years if located between 1,000m and 2,000m from saltwater.
