Looking for a practical alternative to concrete? Our Structural Timber Base Kitsets offer a smart, engineered solution that’s easier to install, cost-effective, and ideal for uneven or sloping sites.

Each kitset includes pre-cut structural timber joists and bearers, designed to be installed on timber piles (not supplied). Engineered designs with PS1 certification are available, making the consent process smoother and your build more flexible.

Note: Structural timber bases with ply floors are not suitable for Extra Height Sheds, Workshop models, or use with VHWZ kits.
